Prospective members interested in joining the clubhouse:

Our outreach team will contact you within 7 days of receipt to schedule your interview and tour.

Therapists or providers interested in a tour:
please email or call and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

If initial attempts at mutual problem solving do not resolve the problem, reporting to the next level in charge is encouraged. If further attempts at conflict resolution are unsettled or if a comment, concern or complaint relates to the actions of the Executive Director, a grievance may be reported to the Board of Directors by sending a detailed written report by email to: BOD@thebind.org.

Care will be taken to resolve such grievances within 30 days of receipt.
